Day 186 – Every breath is a new Life, if Allowed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, not breathing here breath by breath is a root problem. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, when I am not breathing here breath by breath, I allow myself to wonder within my mind, therefore living in an alternative reality. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, when I am breathing here breath by breath, I am in fact here as physical, where the need for energy inputs slow down. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, when I am breathing here breath by breath, the urge for addictions, depression, anger, loneliness,  bitterness, worry, anxiety things like that will slow down, not dominate within my mind because I am within the physical body breathing. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, when I am not breathing here breath by breath, my mind reality, the thinking/fantasy reality is the only alternative left. within this I see/realize/understand, the root cause/problem is not breathing here breath by breath, which gives into various addictions including thinking.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, I am here afresh, anew, in each breath, but the addiction to think/fantasize keeps me stuck in the old self/mind. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, breath doesn’t have a past, only the mind does, so to end the past end the mind and live as the breath here. within this I forgive me to fear living as the breath, and wanting/desiring to live as the mind, to keep stuck in the thinking/fantasy world of imagination, worry, anxiety, past, and memories. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, the reason for not breathing is energy addiction, to keep the mind alive by doing things to get energy from others, from places, events, shows, songs, cities, parties, all to get energy for myself so to keep the mind ALIVE.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, when I am not breathing, there is only one place to be, that is thinking/fantasy land. within this I see/realize/understand, I have always been living in fantasy, not in reality. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, breathing here breath by breath is the only way to live as LIFE, otherwise I am just a walking mind-zombie living endlessly in thinking and fantasy.

I commit myself to constantly check within myself, am I breathing as physical or am I in the mind? I realize this will require dedication, direction, as I am automated to just think away and never even bother to notice that I am lost in thinking.

I commit myself to breath, yes, breath, again and again, in that way I commit myself to stop the mind, whose endless apatite for energy is consuming my body and this earth.

I commit myself to engage in physical activities, as a self support to stay within the breath/breathing.

Day 130 – ‘Belly Breathing’ is a nice training tool to Breathe with the Physical.

I see/realize/ and understand, breathing each breath must be done effectively, otherwise the mind and its elements will take over, things like thoughts/emotions/feelings, can easily creep in. I have been living a very limited life just inside the head, while totally disregarding the body. So I am investigating a new tool, Belly Breathing to assist me as a training tool till it become normal to fully breathe upto the stomach.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, that breathing each breathe effectively is a decision I must make and live it. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, that I must decide to Breathe each breath effectively. Allowing even one to miss will let the mind arise up with its elements. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, I must breathe each breath to the max, to the fullest.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, utilizing a technique like belly breathing is effective, in which I allow myself to breathe each breath upto the stomach. in this I forgive me for not realizing, as I belly breathe, I am with the breath and the body, my awareness is in the body, and breath. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, that belly breathing is a decision I must make and live it as each breath. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself not realize, belly breathing is not an act of breathing as in performance, rather, it is to BE with the body-awareness and breath-awareness simultaneously.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, BEEN with the breath, is different from other forms of ‘spiritual breathing’ methods where the goal is to attain a higher self thru breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, belly breathing is a tool simply to support me till it becomes natural for me to breathe upto the stomach, while been aware of the body/breath at the same time.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, so-called Pranayamas have one goal is common, that is to attain a higher spiritual self, as done by Yogic masters of the east.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, any breathing technique is just that a technique to assist and support me to Be here as physical simply utilizing the breath as a support point. However it is not to ‘use’ the breath to attain a great higher spiritual self, as in higher attainment promoted by the spiritual industry.  

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, belly breathing has a physical conformation point, the expansion of the stomach, which I can have a physical sensation/awareness of. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, belly breathing is not an exercise, nor a regulated spiritual activity, it is simply a normal simple application of breathing till the breath expand the stomach. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that belly breathing is a borderline quasi spiritual activity, and therefore reject its effectiveness to support me in training to breathe with the physical. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, it is not the tool that determines who I am, therefore I see/realize/understand whatever tool that assist me in breathing with the physical is cool, as who I am is not defined by belly breathing tool/technique. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear been seen as a ‘spiritual practitioner’ for utilizing the belly breathing tool, not realizing it is simply a tool to train me to breathe with the physical awareness. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize, simply been aware of the expansion and contraction of stomach is what belly breathing is ALL about. in this I forgive me for not realizing that been aware of the body/breath is a great assistance to BE here within each breath.

I am here. I breathe. I am with my body/physical here. I am here as my physical, as breath.

When and as I see myself ‘lost and unaware’, I simply return to belly breathing to assist and support myself to BE HERE as physical. I see/realize/understand, I can greatly support myself to remain here as breath/physical by applying belly breathing as a training tool.
